Billing FAQ
How do I pay?
Exclusively via Bitcoin Lightning. After booking you get a BOLT11 invoice with QR code that you pay with any Lightning wallet (Phoenix, Muun, Breez, Wallet of Satoshi, Zeus, LND …). No credit card, no bank details, no third-party payment provider.
How long does my subscription last?
Monthly subscriptions run exactly 30 days, yearly 365 days from payment. You must actively renew — there is no auto-billing. You can never "forget to cancel".
Is there a cancellation period?
No. Without renewal, your account automatically reverts to Free after expiry. No forms, no hotlines.
Are there refunds?
Generally no — Lightning payments are irreversible. If you hit a serious technical issue or edge case, write to us directly and we'll find a solution.
Can I redeem promo codes?
Yes. Promo codes are entered during the payment step and can grant 10 % to 100 % discount. A 100 % code activates your subscription immediately without payment.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account and usage history are preserved, you just fall back to Free. Complete account deletion is available anytime from your settings — then all data is gone.
