Protecting your personal data is important to us. We handle your data confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy law (in particular the GDPR, German TMG, and TTDSG).

3. Access data (server log files)

When you visit our website, the web server automatically collects data (anonymized IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type, OS). This data is used exclusively to ensure smooth operation and is not merged with other data sources.

4. Analytics (Rybbit)

We use Rybbit Analytics (self-hosted on tracking.coinator.eu) without cookies and without personal data. All analytical data is processed and stored exclusively on our own servers. External analytics services such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel are not used.

5. Contact form

If you contact us via the contact form, we store your input (name, email, message) to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

6. Your rights

You have the right to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). Please contact the address in the imprint to exercise your rights.

7. Right to complain

You may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority if you believe your data is being processed unlawfully.
